About Ann

I was born and raised in Vietnam. In 1975, our family came to the U.S. After graduating from U.C. Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, I spent some time working in a biotech company in the Bay Area. I was married in 1986, and in 1989, our family made the decision to move to Truckee for the mountain lifestyle . We love the four seasons, blue skies, clean air and the small town feel that Truckee offers. Our children participate in year round sports and we truly feel that we have found our paradise.

I have been a top producing agent since 1999. My husband, Jude Goodpaster, is a local builder and blacksmith and has built homes in Tahoe Donner since 1990. I have worked closely with my husband throughout the years in designing, building and selling mountain homes. This experience enables me to be an effective real estate advisor to both Sellers and Buyers.
